We’ve all heard the rumours that a brew is good for us, boosting our energy levels and increasing antioxidants in our system.

But did you ever consider the possibility that you can get healthy in your tea breaks?

This is according to a piece in the Daily Mail, which proposes creating a small routine of wellbeing steps to follow while we wait for the kettle to boil.

These include measures as simple as learning to wash our hands properly, as many people do not know the correct procedure for this.

Other suggestions involve drinking a glass of water while preparing your cuppa to make sure you stay extra-hydrated.

Furthermore, why not give balancing on one leg at a time ago? The piece claimed that this should strengthen core abdominal muscles, while sucking your tummy in for ten seconds may have the same effect.

Who knew tea could be this productive?

Mine’s white with one sugar, bingo fans.
