Bingo has plenty of celebrity fans and a former Emmerdale star has revealed she is among them.
Actress, TV personality and footballer’s wife Sheree Murphy said she has always loved the game.
According to the glamorous Londoner, it makes for a "great night out" and I for one couldn’t agree more!
Murphy, who is married to Harry Kewell, added: "During the World Cup, I’m not going to be sitting around watching endless hours of football. Instead I’m really looking forward to a great night out playing bingo with my friends."
And with the build-up to the soccer tournament reaching fever pitch, there are likely to be plenty of people thinking the same thing.
After leaving Emmerdale, Murphy has appeared on TV in a number of capacities and she is currently starring in the Chester-based soap Hollyoaks.
The brave bingo fan also placed second on the fifth series of ITV show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
