A woman has enjoyed success while playing bingo on a luxury cruise ship.
Maureen Klopocinski scooped a £1,400 per-night upgrade on the Splendour of the Stars vessel thanks to her gaming exploits.
As a result, she and her family ended up in the Royal Suite, which came complete with a grand piano, two balconies, a spa bath and a bar.
According to the 54-year-old bingo fan, she screamed with excitement when she realised she had won.
She added: "It was an incredible prize to win. I couldn’t believe it when they took us up to the suite."
The family had never been on a cruise before and they were treated like royalty, Ms Klopocinski went on to note.
Recently, Gaming Supermarket reported that bingo player kinkymummy84 won a prize of more than £8,000 recently in an online version of bingo and it was the second time she had experienced the taste of such victory.
