Wouldn’t it be nice to have a game of bingo and feel good about yourself?
Knowing that you’re helping people less fortunate while participating in your favourite game has to be an all-round winning combo.
That’s why I’m applauding the St John Ambulance’s Huish Park Badger Sett, who have decided to put on an Easter-themed evening of bingo-related fun and frolics in the hope of raising money for the organisation, the Yeovil Express reports.
Admission to the event on March 27th is absolutely free of charge (always a bonus) and organisers are hoping to raise a minimum of £150, which will all go towards funding the sterling work that the St John Ambulance does on a daily basis.
There’s nothing quite like the prospect of a free game of bingo to put me in a great mood!
Perhaps a host of celebrity bingo fans could get together for a big game to raise money for charity? Cheryl Cole, Denise van Outen, Robbie Williams and Catherine Zeta Jones have all enjoyed a game in the past and I think they would make for the most glamorous audience around.
