In my opinion there’s nothing better than dunking a tasty biscuit in your brew.
That’s why I’m so thrilled to hear that it’s official – comfort eating actually works. Yippee!
Whether it’s a slice of cake and a cup of tea with my friends, or a good veg out while I’m playing online bingo, I just can’t get enough of comfort eating. I always wondered why it instantly lifted my mood.
